Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories and documentation. Opened hygiene-related products (e.g. ear tips) cannot be returned for sanitary reasons.

1. Contact us at support@utrend.ca with your order number and reason for return.
2. We'll provide a return authorization and shipping instructions within 1–2 business days.
3. Ship the item back using a trackable method. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or we made an error.
4. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the return.

Need a different colour or model? Mention it in your return request and we'll help arrange an exchange, subject to availability.

Received a damaged or defective product? Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.
