By accessing or using Utrend.ca, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

• All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated
• We reserve the right to modify prices and product availability without notice
• Product images are for illustration; actual products may vary slightly
• We strive for accuracy but do not warrant that descriptions are error-free

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. You represent that payment information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method.

Shipping times and rates are outlined on our Shipping Info page. Utrend is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Our return policy is detailed on the Returns page. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect returned items.

All content on Utrend.ca, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Utrend or its licensors and is protected by Canadian and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Utrend shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
